great breakfast front desk warm room plastic chairs
the breakfast had great variety i especially enjoyed the different sausage options each day the front desk staff provided excellent assistance i received help with travel times and local restaurant recommendations
the room was warm i requested cooler air a couple of times but it was not that cool also i found plastic chairs in the room this was off putting as there was no sofa

I appreciated the very comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a large selection of food. The location was central to many attractions.
Some noise came from the adjacent room at times.

adequate but disappointing
non-functional hair dryer inattentive maintenance
the location was very convenient for seeing the sites i wanted to see the breakfast selection had many options
some power plugs didn't work i found this very inconvenient the hair dryer and coffee machine were non-functional that's not what i expect from a hotel like this a few lights in the bathroom and room were not working either this felt a bit neglected i think the maintenance should be more attentive

Really good stay
front desk assistance comfortable bed breakfast choice
The front desk staff offered assistance with directions. They also recommended restaurants. The hotel room included typical toiletries and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining the climate to my preference, after a quick call to the front desk. The breakfast had different sausage options and fresh fruit.
The shower was positioned awkwardly in the bathtub. It made it difficult to have a good shower. It would be good to see the shower be repositioned, or a longer hose being added.

The room had a very comfortable king size bed. The large bathroom included a spacious shower and standard toiletries. The a/c unit is managed by the front desk. A quick call adjusted the room temperature easily.

The hotel is close to the city center. Many landmarks are within a ten minute walk. The area is easy to navigate. It allowed quick access to many attractions.

The breakfast buffet featured many options. There was a good selection of food and drinks available. I enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit. The staff makes cappuccinos with love.

the hotel's location was beneficial. i could walk to many places. the breakfast was comprehensive and had many choices. the air conditioning in my room functioned effectively.
the lobby lights were off at midnight each night. the heating system did not always function correctly. one of the safes in our rooms was not working properly.
